Yesterday Liz and I went to see Emily Rose and go to Alcatraz. It was a pretty tight day first we went to breakfast at Carrows which by the way hella pwns dennys. After that we went to see Emily Rose at 2:15 at oakridge, it was kinda scary not too bad though i wont ruin it for anyone else... So when the movie ended it was 4:30 and our Alcatraz tour thing was at 7:05 but we were sposed to be there an hour early or something. Traffic wasnt bad at all, I thought it was going to be a lot worse, well it was bad once we got into the city. So we get there and I had not told liz what we were doing, so we had to go pick upthe tickets and i had to tell her cuz i mean it was pretty obvious by then. Then we went and got something to eat cuz it validates the parking which gives 2 free hours. So basically it was like eating for free cuz either way we were paying for it. I got Clam chowder in a bread bowl, and liz got popcorn shrimp which were probably the best shrim i've ever had, its at Pier Market on Fishermans Warf if you don't believe me.
So it's time to go to the tour so we walk over to the next pier and get in line, and they take a picture but the guy gave us no warning and just took it without us being ready... bastard. It was hella freezing over there, well compared to here it was very cold. So we get on a boat and it takes us to Alcatraz and we go on the tour. It was pretty cool and i recommend it, the only thing that sucks is how crowded it is. Like its not even scary cuz there's like a bagillion people everywhere stupid tourists. The tight thing was though cut it was at night the views of the city were sick. You can see everythin; the golden gate bridge, bay bridge, downtown, Ghiradelli Square. Overall it was pretty tight but it was cold and tiring so i was happy to get back on the boat and go back. When we got back we wanted to get shirts so we got these sweet ones that say I <3 SF, which were suprisingly cheap mine was 5.99 and liz's was 8.99 for some reason girls tank tops cost more than a full extra large shirt? Then we drove home.
